MISSION
HSC's mission is to improve the lives of individuals of all ethnicities in our community by providing value-added resources and services.
VISION
To connect Lapeer County residents both in Spanish and English with businesses, government entities, civic organizations and individuals in areas of education, health, job placement, economic development, family assistance and immigration. Imlay HSC will provide culturally responsive, cross-generational, evidence-based services to vulnerable populations.
