MMAP

HSC works with Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program MMAP to help individuals and families with eligibility questions and problems related to Medicare and Medicaid including prescription drug coverage under Medicare Part D, managed care, long-term care planning, health insurance and other health care issues.

Hispanic Service Center also refers clients to various health care service providers and income-based clinics in Lapeer County depending on the client's needs.
